You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin the process, please reach out to us at help@beebaystyle.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The specific item(s) you would like to return
- A brief note explaining the reason for your request
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send over detailed return instructions. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at help@beebaystyle.com.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include clear photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Eligibility
For the health and safety of all our little customers, we have a few common-sense requirements for returns. We cannot accept:
- Items that have been washed or worn
- Products returned without proof of purchase
Exchanges
To ensure you get the right size or style as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your original item for a refund. Once that is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item at your convenience.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval status.
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it in your account, please contact us at help@beebaystyle.com, and we will investigate right away.
